Individual Operational Preparation for Employment

This form of POE meets a company's specific needs. A contract will be signed between the jobseeker and the employer, with the approval of Pôle Emploi, enabling the jobseeker to follow a training course fully subsidised by the public body.

Operational preparation for group employment

This form of POE responds to training needs in a sector of activity identified according to the policy of the State and Pôle Emploi. The details of the contract vary according to the jobseeker's situation.

Similarly, through Pôle Emploi, Atlas is helping to fund this scheme to help you find qualified staff.

Regional Training for Employment Programme

The Regional Training Programme (PRF) is funded by the Regional Council. These are collective training initiatives for which places are purchased by the Regional Council on the basis of local skills needs.
These are free training courses for anyone wishing to gain a qualification or enhance their skills.

Personal Training Account

The Personal Training Account (CPF) enables anyone in employment to acquire training rights that can be used throughout their working life.
The aim of the Personal Training Account (PTA) is to enable:
  • Self-initiated contributions.
  • Maintaining employability.
  • Making career paths more secure.
