Welcoming people with disabilities
At ACG CyberAcademyWe put people at the heart of our commitments. Before any intervention, it is essential to clearly define what is at stake. by "person" we mean disability". We want to go beyond physical considerations to include a broader social dimension."Disability is the limitation of an individual's ability to interact with his or her environment, leading to psychological, intellectual, social and/or physical difficulties."
A number of measures have been taken to ensure that disabled people are welcome:
- All our training centres meet ERP 5 standards, ensuring access for people with reduced mobility.
- We are developing an inclusive approach to teaching, with special facilities for people with disabilities. We work with specialist advisers to analyse equipment needs and adapt learning stations.
- Our facilities are designed to facilitate the mobility of wheelchair users, with adapted access and ergonomic equipment.
- For people with visual needs, our courses are equipped with large screens and large-print display systems.
- We use sign language translators for the hearing impaired.
- In collaboration with specialist partners, we create solutions adapted to different disabilities to ensure quality learning.
- Our centres comply with electrical, health and safety standards, guaranteeing a safe and accessible environment.
- We offer training courses in short sessions at regular intervals, adapted to people with learning difficulties or who need a personalised pace.
