What you will learn
A l’issue de la formation, le stagiaire sera capable d’appréhender les bases pour la mise en œuvre et la gestion d’un Système de management de la continuité d’activité (SMCA) selon la norme ISO 22301.
This course has been developed to help participants understand the fundamental concepts and principles of a business continuity management system (BCMS) based on ISO 22301. By following this course, participants will learn more about the structure and requirements of the standard, including the BCMS policy, management commitment, internal audit, management review and the continuous improvement process.
At the end of the course, you can sit the exam and, if you pass, you can apply for the title of "PECB Certificate Holder in ISO 22301 Foundation. A PECB Foundation certificate is proof that you have knowledge of the fundamental concepts, principles, methodologies, requirements, framework and management approach used in business continuity.
Training programme
- Duration: 2 days
Jour 1 : Introduction au Système de management de la continuité d’activité (SMCA) et à la norme ISO 22301
- Présentation introductive : objectifs de la formation, déroulement, modalités d’évaluation.
- Définitions et concepts essentiels du management de la continuité des activités (SMCA).
- Stratégie, finalités et bénéfices d’un SMCA pour l’organisation.
- Relations entre continuité d’activité, reprise après incident et résilience.
- Place de la norme ISO 22301 dans le dispositif global de résilience organisationnelle.
- Évaluation formative : quiz rapide pour valider la compréhension.
- Présentation de la structure de la norme ISO/IEC 22301 : clauses 4 à 10 (contexte, leadership, planification, support, opérations, performance, amélioration).
- Cycle PDCA appliqué au SMCA pour l’amélioration continue.
- Interactive quiz (30 min) on LMS with group correction to validate and consolidate what has been learnt.
Jour 2 : Système de management de la continuité d'activité et examen de certification
- Analyse d’impact sur les activités (BIA) : méthodologie et mise en œuvre.
- Identification et évaluation des risques liés à la continuité d’activité.
- Construction d’un plan de continuité (PCA) et stratégie de réponse.
- Preparation for the certification exam :
o Révision des notions principales du SMCA.
o Étude de cas pratique : application concrète d’un scénario d’interruption et simulation
de réponses.
o Rappel des objectifs de l’examen : structure, durée, format des questions.- Presentation of the PECB certification process.

Exeman de certification
Examination "PECB Certificate Holder in ISO 22301 Foundation complies with the requirements of the PECB Examination and Certification Programme (ECP). The examination covers the following areas of competence: Duration: 1 hour
- Area 1: Fundamental principles and concepts of a business continuity management system (BCMS)
- Area 2: The Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
