The DPO Skills Certification course (CNIL) will help you acquire the knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of Data Protection Officer (DPO) to help organisations comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Based on practical exercises, you will be able to master the role of the DPO and become competent to inform, advise and monitor compliance with the RGPD and cooperate with the supervisory authority.
Once you have completed the training and passed the exam, you can apply for certification. "Data Protection Officer certified in accordance with the CNIL's DPO skills certification reference framework".. This internationally recognised certificate will prove that you have the professional skills and practical knowledge to advise the controller and processor on how to fulfil their obligations regarding compliance with the RGPD.

Day 5: RGPD Toolkit (Practice and analysis) and Certification exam
Examination "Data Protection Officer certified in accordance with the certification reference framework for compétences du DPO de la CNIL" consists of 100 multiple-choice questions, in French, and covers the following three areas: Duration 3 hours
- Area 1: General data protection regulations and measures taken to ensure compliance

- Area 3: Technical and organisational risk-based data security measures
