What you will learn
At the end of the course, trainees will be able to understand the strategic, ethical, social, environmental and legal issues surrounding Artificial Intelligence.
Training programme
- Duration: 1.5 days
Day 1
Day 1 - Morning: Understanding the strategic challenges of AI
- Introduction: overview of current uses of AI in key companies and sectors.
- Strategic issues: competitiveness, innovation, process optimisation.
- Impact of AI on business models and professions.
- Case study: examples of organisations that have successfully integrated AI.
- Interactive quiz (30 min) on LMS with group correction to validate and consolidate what has been learnt.
Day 1 - Afternoon: Opportunities, risks and governance of AI
- AI opportunities for the organisation and its stakeholders (customers, partners, employees).
- Identifying and managing AI-related risks: algorithmic bias, security, technological dependency.
- Governance and management: integrating AI into corporate strategy.
- Legislation and regulations: European framework (AI Act), legal and contractual issues.
- Practical exercise: mapping the risks and opportunities associated with AI in your sector.
- Interactive quiz (30 min) on LMS with group correction to validate and consolidate what has been learnt.
Day 2
Day 2 - Morning: Responsible AI and company charter
- Ethical and societal issues: transparency, fairness, data protection.
- Environmental impact of AI: energy consumption, sustainability.
- Developing a responsible approach to integrating AI into the organisation.
- Group workshop: co-construction of the broad outlines of a corporate charter for the responsible use of AI.
- Interactive quiz (30 min) on LMS with group correction to validate and consolidate what has been learnt.
Intersession: virtual class (2 hours, 1 week after the course)
- Feedback from participants: situations experienced with AI since the training.
- Collaborative workshop: collective correction of bias in a set of prompts / AI results.
- Practical recommendations for creating a critical culture in the face of AI.
- Closing and final assessment.
- Attendance certificates are handed out and participants evaluate the course.
