Training programme

Day 1

Day 1 - Morning: Understanding the fundamentals of AI and its implications

  • Introduction to artificial intelligence: definitions, key concepts and families of technologies (symbolic AI, machine learning, generative AI).
  • An overview of current and future uses in different business sectors.
  • Strategic opportunities for the company: productivity gains, innovation, new business models.
  • Practical exercise: group analysis of concrete examples of successful uses of AI.
    • Interactive quiz (30 min) on LMS with group correction to validate and consolidate what has been learnt.

 

Day 1 - Afternoon: Opportunities, limits and challenges of AI

  • Identify the limits and risks associated with AI: technological dependence, algorithmic biases, loss of human skills.
  • Ethical issues: transparency, fairness, explainability.
  • Legal and regulatory issues: RGPD, AI Act, applicable compliance framework.
  • Organisational impact: business transformation, team reorganisation, change management.
  • Case study: analysis of an AI project in a company and identification of points to watch out for.
    • Interactive quiz (30 min) on LMS with group correction to validate and consolidate what has been learnt.

Day 2 - Morning: Leadership and management of AI projects

  • The position of the manager in the integration of AI: enlightened leadership without technical expertise.
  • Managing an AI project: scoping phases, working with experts, stakeholder management.
  • Strategies to support employee skills development.
  • Practical exercise: simulation of an AI project steering meeting with different profiles (technical, business, legal).
    • Interactive quiz (30 min) on LMS with group correction to validate and consolidate what has been learnt.

 

Day 2 - Afternoon: Security, trust and adoption

  • Digital trust and cyber security: data confidentiality, system protection and detection of manipulation.
  • Developing a responsible IA culture: awareness-raising, training, internal communication.
  • Drawing up the main principles of an internal AI usage charter.
  • Practical exercise: co-construction of a plan for integrating AI into your organisation.

Intersession: virtual classroom (2 hours, 2 weeks after the course)

  • Feedback from participants: implementation of the first actions to raise awareness and support teams since the training.
  • Collaborative workshop: case study on the integration of an AI tool or use case in a company (opportunities, limits, ethical and organisational issues).
  • Sharing good managerial practice to instil a culture of responsible innovation and strengthen digital confidence.
  • Collective development of a mini-action plan to mobilise teams around a concrete IA project.
  • Closing and final assessment.
  • Attendance certificates are handed out and participants evaluate the course.
