Training programme
- Duration: 1 day
Day 1
Day 1 - Morning: Understanding the fundamentals of generative AI
- Introduction to generative artificial intelligence (GAI): operating principles and use cases.
- Overview of the main families of generative AI (text, image, audio, multimodal).
- Issues and limitations: hallucinations, bias, model dependency, data security.
- Case study: comparison of the results produced by different AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Copilot, etc.).
- Interactive quiz (30 min) on LMS with group correction to validate and consolidate what has been learnt.
Day 1 - Afternoon: Mastering the art of the prompt
- Fundamentals of prompting: structure of an effective prompt (context, role, objective, constraints).
- Advanced prompting techniques: persona prompting, few-shot prompting, chaining prompts.
- Practical exercise: writing prompts for different uses (text production, analysis, image generation).
- Critical analysis: assessing the relevance, biases and limitations of the results generated.
- Closing and final assessment.
- Attendance certificates are handed out and participants evaluate the course.
- Interactive quiz (30 min) on LMS with group correction to validate and consolidate what has been learnt.
