What you will learn
Training ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation will enable you to grasp the fundamentals of implementing and managing an IT Service Management System that complies with the ISO/IEC 20000 standard. During this course, you will learn about the different modules of an ITSMS, including the ITSMS policy, procedures, performance measurement, management commitment, internal audit, management review and continuous improvement.
Once you have completed the training, you can sit the exam and apply for the title of "PECB Certified ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation. PECB Foundation certification shows that you have understood the fundamental methods, requirements, framework and management approach.

Day 1 : Introduction to IT Service as defined by the standard ISO/IEC 20000
Day 2 : IT Service Management System Requirements and certification examination

The " PECB Certified ISO 50001 Foundation "meets the requirements of the PECB examination and certification programme. The examination covers the following areas of competence: Duration: 1 hour
- Area 1: Fundamental principles and concepts of the Energy Management System
- Area 2: Energy management system
